A prominent TV4 personality has been charged with purchasing sex 31 times across various Swedish cities, including Örebro, during 2023 and early 2024. The individual, who has appeared in one of TV4's major programs, initially denied the allegations but later admitted to all but one of the charges.

The case has brought to light the widespread issue of sex purchases at Thai massage parlors in Sweden, with police reports indicating that 80% of such establishments are involved in illegal activities.

TV4 has stated that they were unaware of the charges until recently and have no further comments.

The investigation also highlights concerns about human trafficking and exploitation within these parlors, as authorities continue to probe deeper into the criminal networks involved.
