The Swedish government has announced a new energy aid package worth 650 million SEK for Ukraine.
This initiative aims to keep schools, hospitals, and transportation operational despite Russian attacks on the energy infrastructure.
Most of the funds will be managed by the Energy Community's Ukraine Energy Support Fund to address urgent needs, such as purchasing technical equipment.
The aid ensures that essential services like water supply and businesses can continue to function amid the conflict.
To date, Sweden has provided Ukraine with 37 billion SEK in humanitarian, financial, and military aid.
