Sweden has announced a significant commitment to support Ukraine amidst the ongoing conflict, unveiling a comprehensive aid package valued at approximately 9.8 billion SEK.

The military support comprises 10 Stridsbåt 90 combat boats, 20 group boats, and various underwater weapons such as mines and torpedoes.

Additionally, the initiative extends to artillery ammunition, which is a critical need for Ukraine due to the extensive use of artillery in the conflict.

Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson emphasized that this support not only aids Ukraine but also strengthens Europe's collective defense capabilities.

To date, Sweden has contributed a total of 30 billion SEK in support to Ukraine since the onset of the war.

This substantial assistance underscores Sweden's commitment to Ukraine's fight for sovereignty and the broader European defense effort.
