The Nordic Resistance Movement (NMR), a neo-Nazi organization, has been denied access to personal information of school staff in Dalarna, Sweden, by the Administrative Court of Appeal.
The request followed the dismissal of Emma Nordh, a convicted NMR activist, from her teaching internship due to her extremist affiliations.
The court cited security concerns, fearing potential threats to the staff if their details were disclosed.
This decision comes after NMR's aggressive attempts to obtain the information, including a confrontational visit to the Smedjebacken municipal office by Nordh and other NMR leaders.
The court's ruling underscores the risk of harassment and violence against school personnel, reinforcing the need for confidentiality in sensitive cases.
