A court employee at Malmö District Court is under investigation for allegedly accessing confidential information related to organized crime cases.
The employee, who attended the funeral of a murdered gang member, is suspected of retrieving secret details about the suspect in the Rosengård murder case, despite having no official reason to access such information.
This breach has raised concerns due to her personal connections to the victim's family.
The court has requested her dismissal, citing a loss of trust, regardless of the legal outcome.
This incident marks the second time in a year that a Malmö court employee has faced similar allegations.
