Train services between Stockholm and Uppsala were disrupted after a truck collided with a viaduct in Norrviken.

The incident occurred early in the morning, causing a halt in train operations from Stockholm Central to Knivsta.

This is the second such incident this week, prompting Sollentuna municipality to review the signage in the area to prevent future accidents.

By 9:30 AM, train services resumed, but several lines were affected, including routes to Gävle, Sundsvall, and Mora.

Authorities are urging drivers to be more cautious around the viaducts to avoid similar incidents in the future.
