Johan Floderus and Saeed Azizi have returned to Sweden after being imprisoned in Iran.
Their release followed a prisoner swap between Sweden and Iran, which saw the exchange of the two Swedes for Hamid Noury, who was serving a life sentence in Sweden.
While the families of Floderus and Azizi are relieved, critics argue that the swap compromises Sweden's security.
Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson stated efforts were made to secure the release of Ahmadreza Djalali as well, but they were unsuccessful.
Djalali's wife remains critical of the Swedish government's efforts.
