The Swedish Left Party aims to amend EU legislation to prevent Tesla from bringing in foreign workers to its service centers in Sweden during ongoing strikes.
Hanna Gedin, second on the party’s list for the upcoming EU Parliament elections, asserts that strikebreakers should not disrupt the balance of the Swedish labor market.
Since February, Tesla has been flying in workers to replace striking employees at its workshops in Sweden, as revealed by Dagens Arbete last week.
