Police in Sweden have issued a nationwide warning to BMW owners following a spate of car part thefts.
Over the past week, eight incidents have been reported in the Mitt police region, which includes areas like Uppsala, Bålsta, and Knivsta.
Thieves are targeting airbags, backup cameras, side mirrors, and mirror glass.
Authorities suspect organized crime groups may be involved, as similar theft patterns have been observed in other parts of the country.
BMW owners are advised to park in garages, ensure good lighting, and remain vigilant for suspicious activity.
Despite a general decline in car thefts in Sweden, there is concern about a potential resurgence linked to gang activities.
Public tips are encouraged to help combat this issue.
