A major fire broke out at a recycling center in Skelleftehamn, Sweden, causing heavy smoke and prompting authorities to issue an emergency alert (VMA) for residents in Skelleftehamn and Örviken.
People were advised to stay indoors and seal windows and ventilation to avoid the hazardous smoke.
The fire, which involved electronic waste, led to the temporary closure of Road 372 due to poor visibility.
Firefighters worked through the night to contain the blaze and prevent its spread.
By late Sunday evening, the emergency alert was lifted, and the road was reopened intermittently.
