A major police operation unfolded at a hotel in Kungens Kurva, Stockholm, following reports of gunfire late Monday evening.

No injuries were reported, but several individuals have been detained in connection with the incident.

Police discovered evidence of firearm discharge, including a shell casing, and have initiated an investigation into attempted murder and serious firearms offenses.

The area around the hotel has been cordoned off as police continue their inquiry.
