A major fire broke out at the state-owned mining company LKAB's facility in Svappavaara, Kiruna municipality.
The blaze, which started around 6 PM, involved the rooftop of a large industrial building near the gas cleaning plant.
Fire services from multiple towns responded promptly, ensuring all personnel were evacuated safely.
Although the presence of nearby gas pipelines caused concern, no injuries were reported.
The fire has been successfully extinguished, according to police reports.
