In a tragic incident early Saturday morning in Alnarp, Lomma municipality, outside of Malmö, a man in his mid-20s died in a traffic accident.

The sole occupant of the vehicle, the young man was driving at high speed when he lost control, collided with a tree, and then rolled over.

Despite being rushed to the hospital, his injuries proved fatal.

The accident was initially reported through the vehicle's e-call system, which automatically alerts emergency services in the event of a severe crash.

Police have notified the victim's next of kin, and investigations into the precise circumstances of the accident are ongoing.
