Henrik Landerholm, Sweden's national security advisor, has admitted to multiple security lapses, raising concerns about his role.
In late 2022, Landerholm left his mobile phone at Hungary's embassy, and shortly after, he forgot a notebook at Sveriges Radio.
Both incidents were deemed minor by the government's security department.
Recently, another incident surfaced where Landerholm left a sensitive document at a course center.
Each time, he promptly informed the security department, which assessed the risks as minimal.
Despite these repeated lapses, no further actions were taken against him.
