The Swedish government is accelerating its green industrial transformation by establishing an 'acceleration office' and appointing two industrial coordinators.

Energy and Business Minister Ebba Busch announced that Sweden aims to turn climate anxiety into climate hope, making the country greener and richer.

Kristina Alvendal and Niklas Nordström are named as the coordinators, tasked with expediting permits, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing legislative changes.

Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson stressed the urgency, noting that the success of Swedish companies in this transition is crucial for taxes, jobs, and growth.

However, opposition criticizes the lack of concrete proposals from the government.
