In an alarming rise of criminal activities, Swedish police reports that around 500 women are now involved in criminal gangs, an increase by 100 from last year and 200 from 2021. Among these, 120 women hold leading positions within the gangs.

Women are not just involved in planning but also executing violent crimes.

The rise is attributed to both an actual increase in women's involvement and better tracking of female criminals.
