Heavy rains and thunderstorms have caused widespread flooding in southern Sweden, particularly affecting Jönköping County.

The E4 highway has been partially closed due to high water levels, with several cars submerged and people evacuated.

In Jönköping, streets turned into rivers, forcing businesses to close and causing significant damage.

A school building was also affected, with water rushing in after a nearby wall collapsed.

The Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute (SMHI) has issued a yellow warning, urging caution as the storm system moves eastward.
