A recycling center in Kristinehamn was evacuated and cordoned off after a suspected dangerous object was found on the premises.
The alarm was raised around 1 PM, leading to police involvement and consultation with the national bomb squad.
However, upon further investigation, the object was identified as a harmless training grenade.
The situation was resolved without incident, and the police safely removed the object.
