A recent study by Generation Pep has highlighted a concerning trend among children and young people: a significant lack of physical activity.
The organization's findings reveal a link between high screen time and sedentary behavior.
To combat this, Generation Pep proposes integrating more physical movement into the school curriculum.
"We have a relationship between high screen time and being sedentary," states Carolina Klüft, the head of Generation Pep.
The initiative aims to encourage more active lifestyles among the younger generation.
