Johan Lindholm, current chairman of Byggnads, has been proposed as the new chairman of LO.

LO's nomination committee initially suggested Pim van Dorpel, but he withdrew his candidacy a day before the congress.

Lindholm, who has led Byggnads since 2012, is now the favored candidate.

The election is scheduled for Saturday at 12:45 PM.
