A serious traffic collision involving three vehicles, including two minibusses and a car, occurred on the E45 highway near Noppikoski, north of Orsa.

The crash resulted in nine people being hospitalized, with three men sustaining severe injuries.

Among the injured are a woman and two children with minor injuries.

The incident, which involved a total of twelve individuals, took place around noon on Sunday.

Emergency services, including multiple ambulances and two helicopter ambulances, responded to the scene.

The cause of the accident remains unknown, but by late afternoon, the road was reopened after the emergency services concluded their operations.
