Train traffic on the Malmbanan railway north of Abisko is halted due to heat-induced track warping.
This is a consequence of the major derailment near Vassijaure last winter, according to the Swedish Transport Administration.
Mining company LKAB faces over 10 million SEK in losses for each ore train unable to reach the Narvik port.
Efforts are underway to restore the tracks by Tuesday at 16:00.
