Finland's President Alexander Stubb supports NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg's call to allow Ukraine to use donated weapon systems against military targets inside Russia.
Stubb emphasized that it is not their role to restrict Ukraine's actions in a situation where one party is not following the rules of war.
However, Stubb clarified that Finland is not considering sending Finnish troops to Ukraine.
Estonian President Alar Karis noted that while discussions on sending troops for tasks like mine-clearing have occurred, Ukraine currently seeks more weapons, not soldiers.
