A commuter boat collided with the quay at Nybroplan in central Stockholm on Thursday evening around 18:15. Police and ambulances responded swiftly, and three individuals were taken to the hospital with injuries.

The incident involved an SL boat on line 80, which failed to reverse in time, leading to a so-called 'quay bounce.

' Authorities have initiated a preliminary investigation into negligence in sea traffic and causing bodily harm.

All 35 passengers have safely disembarked, and their injuries are currently being assessed.
