So far this year, around 50 individuals have lost their right to work in security companies due to being deemed unsuitable.

Over one-fifth of these cases involve individuals considered a serious threat to national security or Swedish society.

"This could involve connections to activities threatening society," said Kristoffer Benjaminsson, a supervisory officer at the Stockholm County Administrative Board.
