A young man, aged 25, was tragically shot to death in Bredäng, a district in southern Stockholm, late Thursday evening.

Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots, with some saying as many as five shots were fired.

The police were alerted around 11 PM and found the victim deceased upon their arrival.

A significant police operation involving helicopters, dog patrols, and vehicle checks is underway as authorities search for one or more suspects.

No arrests have been made, and it is currently unclear if the incident is linked to ongoing gang conflicts in the area.
