Trucking company owner Nicklas Jansson criticizes the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket) for blaming the issues on vehicles and poor tire conditions rather than acknowledging the inadequate maintenance of roads.

Jansson, who has 15 years of experience in trucking and snow removal, demands better contracting practices to ensure roads are properly maintained.

In response, Trafikverket's spokesperson Bengt Olsson emphasizes the complexity of the issue, mentioning ongoing discussions with contractors to improve road maintenance but also highlighting the importance of vehicle preparedness.
