A couple in Sundsvall, Sweden, has been sentenced to five years in prison each for running a drug operation and forcing the woman's underage son to act as a courier.
The boy, in his early teens, was pressured to deliver cocaine and amphetamines using buses and electric scooters.
Police uncovered the operation after a raid on their apartment, finding large quantities of drugs and nearly 200,000 SEK in cash.
Chat messages revealed the mother coercing her son into the illegal activities, despite his protests.
The stepfather, a Tunisian citizen, will also be deported after serving his sentence.
Both adults denied the charges but were convicted of serious drug offenses and involving a minor in criminal activity.
