In the early hours of Tuesday, a man in his 30s was found shot in a residential area of southern Malmö.

The victim, who sustained serious injuries from multiple gunshot wounds, was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery.

A significant police operation was launched in the area, including the use of drones, in search of the perpetrator(s).

As of now, no suspects have been identified, and the police have begun an attempted murder investigation.

This incident seems unrelated to another shooting that occurred in Kristianstad the previous evening.
