A Lufthansa flight from Frankfurt to Landvetter was forced to make an emergency landing in Hamburg on Saturday evening due to smoke development in the cabin.
The incident, which was reported by the German news outlet Bild, was caused by a malfunctioning coffee machine.
Fortunately, the plane landed safely, and all passengers were unharmed.
According to Lufthansa, the quick decision to land was a standard safety procedure.
The 125 passengers on board were transferred to a new aircraft with a new crew to continue their journey to Landvetter.
