The disappearance of 17-year-old Maja in Marks kommun has prompted a police investigation into suspected human trafficking.

Maja was last seen trying to catch her bus home from school on Thursday, and when she failed to return, her worried parents contacted the police at 6:20 p.

m.

Now, four days after her disappearance, the police have launched a substantial search operation using dogs, drones, and helicopters.

Although there are currently no suspects or theories about what happened to Maja, the police urge the public to report any observations to help locate her.

Maja was potentially wearing a dark jacket, grey hoodie, burgundy beanie, grey sweatpants, and black shoes with a pink stripe.
