Despite the current warm winds and bright sunshine, summer has not officially arrived in Sweden, according to the Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute (SMHI).

Meteorologist Sofia Söderberg warns of a return to cooler temperatures by next weekend, with indications of more low pressure and colder air ahead.

While this week may offer a taste of summer, Swedes are advised to prepare for cooler periods, as the spring season continues to deliver variable weather.
