A violent assault occurred at a political event in Gubbängen, Stockholm, where attendees gathered for a lecture by the magazine Expo at the Moment Theatre.

Masked assailants, identified as nazis, disrupted the meeting by spraying attendees with a red-dye spray, throwing a smoke bomb, and physically attacking individuals, including journalist Mathias Wåg, who has been vocal about extremist activities.

Three elderly participants were hospitalized due to the assault.

Despite the chaos, the meeting resumed shortly after, with a determination among the attendees not to let the violence hinder their political engagement.

An anti-fascist demonstration is planned in response to the attack, showcasing the community's resilience against such acts of intimidation.
