In Malmö, two separate incidents of outdoor robbery were reported on a single Friday evening, raising concerns over public safety.

The first incident involved two masked men who threatened a man in his 40s with an unspecified weapon, compelling him to surrender his bank card and PIN near S:t Knuts torg.

Shortly thereafter, another man, in his 50s, was robbed of his bicycle at gunpoint by two masked assailants near Själlanstorget.

Both victims were physically unharmed, but the similarity in the modus operandi of the crimes has prompted police investigations into a possible connection between the two robberies.

As of now, no arrests have been made in relation to these incidents.
