The first incident occurred on a wind in the central area of Eskilstuna, where a fully developed fire led to the evacuation of residents to a nearby school.

Authorities managed to control the fire, but the cause remains unclear, prompting a technical investigation.

In a separate incident, another wind fire in Eskilstuna prompted a significant response from emergency services, utilizing drones equipped with thermal cameras to aid in extinguishing the flames.
