In the early hours of Wednesday, two powerful explosions occurred in quick succession at the entrances of two apartment buildings in Västra Frölunda, a suburb of Gothenburg, Sweden.

The detonations, which took place around 1:30 AM, caused significant damage to the entrance areas but, fortunately, resulted in no reported injuries.

The Swedish National Bomb Squad has been deployed to the scene, and the police have initiated investigations into these incidents as acts of severe public endangerment.

While the area has been cordoned off for further examination by bomb and forensic technicians, no suspects have been arrested.

The connection between these explosions and recent similar events in Stockholm remains unclear.
