Petra Törnudd and her daughter Jessica Andersson faced a nightmare after renting out their villa in Frövi.

The dogs had chewed through walls, furniture, and electrical outlets, causing damages estimated at 200,000 kronor.

Despite complaints from neighbors about the dogs' welfare, authorities took no action.

The insurance company refused to cover the damages, citing exclusions for pet-related incidents.

Now, Petra and Jessica are left with the costly task of restoring their home, with legal action as their only recourse for compensation.
