Two teenagers from Växjö were arrested outside the Attunda district court in Stockholm, where a gang trial was taking place, with a weapon in their possession.
According to P4 Kronoberg, one of the teenagers was recently sentenced to juvenile care, while the other is under juvenile supervision, a fact first reported by Expressen.
Emir Bajric, the head of the police's special focus group in Araby, Växjö, expressed strong concern over the incident.
The involvement of young individuals in criminal activities, especially in connection with gang-related trials, highlights the challenges facing law enforcement and youth rehabilitation efforts.
