Sweden is facing increasingly hotter summers, with temperatures now resembling those of Southern Europe.
Over the past decade, the number of days with temperatures reaching at least 30 degrees Celsius has more than doubled.
Experts like Christofer Åström from Umeå University are urging Swedish households to consider air conditioning and alter their daily routines to cope with the heat.
Research indicates that by 2100, Stockholm could experience 60 days of temperatures over 26 degrees.
The trend is a significant shift for Swedes, who traditionally have been more accustomed to cold rather than heat.
