On election night in 2022, former Riks profile Rebecka Fallenkvist almost exclaimed a Nazi reference.

Last week, SD members referred to media as “ljugmedia,” echoing Nazi terminology.

Party leader Jimmie Åkesson has also spoken of a population replacement in Sweden, a conspiracy theory rooted in far-right ideologies.

Despite their language, Åkesson insists neither he nor his party are racist or conspiracy theorists.
