Stockholm's public transportation is facing major disruptions this summer as SL transitions to its summer schedule, effective from June 21 to August 18. Key among the changes is the shutdown of the Red Line between Slussen and T-Centralen from June 24 to July 11 for track maintenance on the Söderströmsbron.

As a result, commuters are advised to use the Green Line, which may lead to increased crowding.

Additionally, some bus routes are being rerouted and boat services are expanded.
