The Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute (SMHI) has issued severe weather warnings for southern and central Sweden on Sunday.
An orange alert is in effect for parts of Götaland, where up to 90 millimeters of rain is expected, potentially causing significant flooding.
Strong thunderstorms are also likely, particularly in southeastern Götaland and Öland.
This heavy rainfall will begin early Sunday and gradually move north, impacting areas from Skåne to eastern Svealand.
Conditions are expected to improve shortly after, with more typical summer weather returning.
