A Russian missile strike on Ochmatdyt, Kyiv's largest children's hospital, has resulted in at least two deaths and over 50 injuries.
The attack, part of a larger assault on Ukrainian cities, has drawn sharp condemnation from the international community.
Joyce Msuya, acting UN Assistant Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs, declared that deliberately targeting protected hospitals constitutes a war crime.
In response to the crisis, Svante Norgren, head of Astrid Lindgren Children's Hospital in Sweden, has offered support, stating they are prepared to receive patients from Kyiv.
The Ukrainian hospital, now without power and water, is struggling to evacuate patients amidst the destruction.
