Stefan Johansson from the Ronnebypartiet has taken legal action against the new political leadership in Ronneby, filing an appeal with the administrative court.
He contends that the new Social Democrat and Moderate coalition does not hold the majority required by municipal law.
Johansson also notes that the coalition lacks a unified political document.
Moderates and Christian Democrats have supported the appeal, claiming that without a clear majority, the current governance structure is not legally sustainable.
