Östersund's municipality is making a bold move to draw the attention of NATO's chief, Jens Stoltenberg, with a unique brochure.

The aim is to persuade NATO to establish a base in the city, leveraging its strategic defense and geographical centrality.

According to local councilor Niklas Daoson, the city is ideally positioned for NATO operations.

The brochure highlights a secret facility capable of accommodating up to 90 soldiers, underscoring Östersund's readiness to host a joint military unit.
