Stoltenberg highlighted that even countries with well-developed healthcare systems like Sweden could improve their capacity and ability to cooperate in crisis situations.

The call for increased investment also extends to the health sector, with NATO planning for Sweden to play a key role in managing casualties should incidents occur in the Baltic region and Finland.

This involves not only financial investments but also a focus on preparedness, information, and coordination to ensure readiness for crisis situations.
