As NATO celebrates its 75th anniversary in Washington, all eyes are on President Joe Biden amidst concerns about his health and political future.
The summit, which was meant to be a triumph, has instead become a test of Biden's leadership.
Sweden's Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson, attending as a new member, was seated prominently next to Biden during the celebrations.
Kristersson emphasized the importance of continued support for Ukraine, stating that the goal is clear: Ukraine must receive the support it needs to win the war.
The summit will focus on long-term economic aid to Ukraine, its path to NATO membership, and strengthening alliances with the EU and Southeast Asian nations.
