A massive fire broke out in a multi-family apartment building in Hjällbo, Gothenburg, on Saturday afternoon, sending thick black smoke billowing over eastern Gothenburg.
The fire, which started in an apartment, quickly spread to the attic, prompting a large-scale response from emergency services.
Residents were evacuated as firefighters battled the blaze, which was described as 'extreme' by nearby resident Chadi Audi.
Despite the intensity of the fire, no injuries have been reported, and no one has been taken to the hospital.
The police have launched an investigation into suspected arson, although the exact cause of the fire remains unknown.
Emergency services, including police and ambulances, remain on the scene as efforts to control the fire continue into the evening.
