A 35-year-old man has been remanded in custody on strong suspicion of murdering a woman in Ronna, Södertälje.

The suspect, who previously called 112 admitting police to his apartment, denies any wrongdoing.

Upon arrival, law enforcement found the woman deceased and arrested the man immediately, suspecting him of the murder.

The two, both in their mid-thirties, were known to have a relationship.

Additionally, the suspect has a criminal history, including convictions for weapon and drug offenses earlier this year.
