Today, Sweden's Accident Investigation Authority releases its final report on last year's Jetline roller coaster accident at Gröna Lund in Stockholm.

Karin and Mikael Elmegard, who were thrown from the ride and suffered severe injuries, hope this leads to concrete safety measures.

"This must not happen again," says Karin.

Despite their trauma, the couple plans to ride roller coasters again in the future.

One woman died and three were seriously injured in the incident.
